Shipping

Shipping is charged separately, at cost. We add exactly what the lab charges us to ship your order, with nothing added on top. It is shown as its own line before you pay, never as a surprise at the end. Orders are boxed by product type, so three prints travel together for one shipping charge, while a print and a framed piece are produced on different equipment and ship as two parcels with two charges.

Where we ship

United States only. We would like to ship further, and are not pretending to until the cost of doing it properly is worked out.

How long it takes

2 to 4 business days before dispatch to make the print, then 1 to 5 business days after production in transit. So most orders arrive within a week to ten days of ordering. Everything is tracked and you get the tracking number by email when it ships.

Who prints it

Prodigi, a professional print-on-demand lab. Orders for US addresses are produced at a US facility and shipped domestically, which is why the timings above are days rather than weeks.

Sets of three

A set ships as one parcel. That is the actual reason a set costs less than the three prints bought separately, rather than a discount we invented.

Multiple items

Order several things and they may arrive separately, because different papers are produced on different machines. You are never charged more for that.
